Join Chef Matt and Farmer Charlie — both Palos Verdes locals — for an intimate farm-to-table evening at Valmonte Farm & Garden on June 28th, 2026.
You'll walk the farm to hand-pick seasonal produce, learn how it's grown and harvested, then watch it come together in a live cooking demonstration for your plated dinner. Dinner is paired with wine and includes an appetizer, a main featuring wild-caught fish, and dessert.
Every guest is also invited into a private WhatsApp group with Matt and Charlie — a place to keep the conversation going and ask them anything about cooking and farming long after the last plate is cleared.
